Lisa Carpenter
Lisa is the Founder of Alethos Partners. She has spent over 20 years doing the work of change from the inside — not advising from the sidelines, but in the rooms where strategy gets built, tested, and refined in real time.
She has led teams at respected global institutions such as Cambridge Associates, The Boston Consulting Group, Gap Inc., and Humanity United, working across human rights, education, health, environmental sustainability, and peacebuilding — including two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa.
Lisa brings the strategic rigor of someone trained at Stanford Graduate School of Business and BCG, the facilitation instincts of a leader who has guided teams through complexity and conflict, and the coaching effectiveness of someone who has managed people — and helped them grow — at every level.
She is also trained in Eidetic Imagery, a practice that works with the mind-body to unlock creativity, surface insights, and move past what's stuck. Lisa brings this into her work when the moment calls for it.
What you get working with Lisa is an advisor who shows up with real depth, asks the questions that matter, and stays with you all the way through to implementation.
